Noisettes Soup


 

 

Ingredients:

Ground white fish
Matzo meal
Egg white

Cream

Salt

 Directions:

Mix all the ingredients, allow to set for about 10 minutes, then form small balls by scooping the mixture with a wet spoon.
Boil chicken or vegetable stock, add pasta and cook until al dente. Once happy with pasta doneness, add noisettes and veggies (as desired),  in the stock, bring to boil, and turn the heat off to finish cooking noisettes on the residual heat.
