Meatloaf



Ingredients:

Ground turkey
Ground chicken
Ground beef
Onion (finely chopped)

Garlic (crushed)
Egg
Non fat cream

Oat bran
Mustard

Balsamic vinegar

Salsa
Salt, smoked paprika, cumin, dry garlic, onion powder, a very small amount of curry spice

 
Directions:
 
Combine all the ingredients, mix well and allow to sit for about 15 minutes in a room temperature to set.
Form a loaf, place in a thick bottomed form. Pour salsa on the top of the loaf, cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes on 450F covered, and another 15 minutes uncovered to form a crust.
Serve with sautéed veggies in season (pictured with red bell peppers, carrots, and green zucchinis).
